Payouts run on a 60-day cycle. Starting from the day you join the referral program, every 60 days we'll send you a payout covering any referrals that converted during that cycle. Payouts are delivered as a digital gift card to the email on file and can be cashed out upon receipt.

You earn $120 when someone uses your referral link to book a consultation and then joins the VetClaims family.
Is there a limit to how many people I can refer?
No limit! You can earn $120 for every new person who joins the VetClaims family through your referral link.

How can I track my referrals and payouts?
Your Referrer Portal is your dashboard for everything — log in to see your unique referral link, total referrals, conversions, current cycle earnings, lifetime totals, and your next payout date.
What counts as a successful referral?
A referral counts when someone clicks your unique link, books a consultation, and joins the VetClaims family. Once they do, $120 is added to your current cycle's pending payout.
Can I refer myself or family members?
Referrals must be for new clients who haven't previously engaged with VetClaims. Self-referrals and duplicate accounts don't qualify for payout.
What happens if I don't refer anyone in a cycle?
No problem, your account stays active. If 90 days pass with no referrals, your profile gets paused, but you'll get a heads-up email before that happens and can reactivate any time by referring someone new.
What happens if a referral refunds?
Any refunded referrals that were already paid out get deducted on the next cycle's payout.
